More Than Fitness: Why We Started 4EIGHT

There are countless clothing brands in the world, but 4EIGHT was never created to be just another apparel company.

4EIGHT was born from a simple belief: our physical and spiritual journeys are connected.

The name comes from 1 Timothy 4:8:

"For physical training is of some value, but godliness has value for all things, holding promise for both the present life and the life to come."

As athletes, we understand discipline. We know what it means to wake up early, train when we're tired, and push through adversity. But physical strength alone isn't enough. The greatest victories in life come from developing our character, our faith, and our relationship with God.

My name is Ivan Moore. I was born in Uganda and adopted in 2007. More importantly, I have been adopted by Christ and redeemed by His grace.

Sports have been a huge part of my life for over ten years. I've experienced victories, setbacks, challenges, and growth. Through it all, I've learned that every talent, every opportunity, and every achievement is a gift from God.

That's why I started 4EIGHT.

This brand is for athletes, students, dreamers, and anyone striving to become the person God created them to be. It's for those who want to compete with excellence while honoring Christ. It's for people who believe faith should be lived out every day—not just on Sundays.

When you wear 4EIGHT, you're wearing more than a hoodie or a T-shirt. You're wearing a message.

A message that says:

  • Train with purpose.

  • Live with faith.

  • Pursue excellence.

  • Honor God in everything you do.

Our mission is to build a community that encourages one another to grow stronger in both body and spirit. We want our clothing to start meaningful conversations, inspire others, and remind people that their identity is found in Christ.

No matter where you are in your journey, keep showing up. Keep putting in the work. Keep trusting God.

Because physical training has value—but godliness has value for everything.

Welcome to 4EIGHT.

Faith. Discipline. Purpose. Excellence.
